Sweet Cheeks Soft Cheek Tint Blush comes in six shades, including rose, taupe, nude, coral, and berry shades. Unlike Rare Beauty’s dewy finish, NYX has a natural-looking matte finish that adds a natural color to the cheeks. It doesn’t emphasize texture or pores, though.

Next, the serum brightens and improves uneven skin tone and refines skin texture with niacinamide, also found in Charlotte Tilbury Magic Serum.

The serum also contains vitamin C in the stabilized form of 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid. This vitamin C derivative is more stable and less irritating than traditional vitamin C and helps brighten your complexion while offering antioxidant and anti-aging benefits.

Shea butter nourishes and softens skin and has antioxidant properties. Haematococcus pluvialis extract is a microalgae that is a powerful antioxidant and protects the skin against photodamage.

Plumeria alba flower (frangipani) extract has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial benefits. Sunflower seed oil moisturizes with fatty acids and is non-comedogenic, so it won’t clog pores or cause breakouts.

Both serums contain several of the same active ingredients, including the following:

• Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate)
• Polyglutamic Acid
• Magnesium Aspartate, Zinc Gluconate, Copper Gluconate
• Plumeria Alba Flower Extract

While both serums contain a form of Vitamin C, Charlotte Tilbury contains pure stabilized vitamin C, and Revolution Pro contains a less potent vitamin C derivative.

Serum Differences

Yet here are a few main differences between the serums.

Charlotte Tilbury contains Replexium, a complex of two patented anti-aging peptides to target the visible signs of aging.

Charlotte Tilbury contains a crystal complex of moonstone, ruby, rose quartz, crystal quartz, and amethyst.

I’m not sure that there is a lot of concrete evidence or clinical studies that support the benefits of these crystals for skin, so while Revolution Pro doesn’t contain crystals, I wouldn’t view that as a huge drawback.

Charlotte Tilbury contains actives like Camellia oil and aloe vera for their moisturizing and calming benefits, while Revolution Pro contains the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis extract and moisturizing sunflower seed oil.

Both serums contain fragrance, although Revolution Pro is much stronger.

Finally, Charlotte Tilbury Magic Serum is significantly more expensive than Revolution Beauty Miracle Serum, which is probably its biggest drawback.

Charlotte Tilbury is more than 6x the dupe price at $85 for 1 oz vs Revolution Pro at $14 for 1 oz.

All in all, Revolution Pro doesn’t contain some of the trademarked actives that Charlotte Tilbury does but offers many of the same skin benefits thanks to ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and polyglutamic acid.

What is contouring? Contouring is a makeup technique that uses shadows and highlights to emphasize certain facial features, like your nose, cheekbones, or jawline.

When done correctly, contouring can give your face a more structured, sculpted, and chiseled look.

Here are some tips to help you get the perfect contoured look:

After completing your skincare routine, consider applying a primer that will help the contour stay put throughout the day. An effective primer can also help to blur any fine lines or pores.

Choose a contour shade one to two shades darker than your natural complexion but works with your skin tone. Be sure that the contour doesn’t contain shimmer.

First, apply foundation and concealer (eye makeup like eyeshadow and mascara can be applied before or after contour).

Apply a darker shade of contour to areas of your face that you want to enhance, like along the sides of your nose, forehead, right under your cheekbones, and your jawline.

Next, blend the contour with a fluffy brush or makeup sponge to blend the product into your skin to ensure that it looks natural and not harsh.

Depending on where you applied the contour, you can sweep the blending brush in a 3 pattern from your forehead to your cheeks and then to your jawline.

Here are some suggested areas to contour based on your face shape.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick By Kate Moss in the shade 104 is a pretty rose nude lipstick, just like MAC, that provides up to 8 hours of wear.

The rich color pigments provide an intense color payoff, and the creamy formula feels comfortable on the lips.

This dupe for MAC Mehr is a light mauve shade that looks very close to the original.

On my light skin tone, I can see a slight difference between the two lipsticks, as Rimmel looks more orange, but it still looks very similar to MAC.
