Even though their skincare products are what drew me to Beauty Pie, I’ve wanted to try a few of their makeup products, so over the past few months, I tried a foundation, blush, highlighter, lip oil and eyebrow pencil. If you haven’t heard of Beauty Pie, it is a luxury beauty buyers club.
Beauty Pie luxury has a fantastic selection of makeup products, from foundation, concealer, and highlighter, to eyeshadow, mascara, and lipstick. So I’ll share my thoughts on the products I tried in this Beauty Pie makeup review.
All at a fraction of what you’d expect to pay for such high-quality products. Before I discuss the products I tried, let’s review what exactly Beauty Pie is and how it works.

What is Beauty Pie?
Beauty Pie sells skincare, haircare, and body care products, in addition to makeup, fragrance, and candles. They source their products from beauty labs that also supply major luxury cosmetics brands.
These labs and suppliers are located worldwide, including Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Korea, France, Germany, UK, and the US.
What sets Beauty Pie apart is that they do not add the high markups (up to 10x) that usually come along with luxury beauty products
Beauty Pie prices are often lower than drugstore prices! They use the buying power of all of their members to get the newest and best formulations.
How Beauty Pie Works
Beauty Pie is similar to Costco or Sams Club in that you pay a membership fee for the ability to purchase their products.
In the US, access Beauty Pie products for just $4.95/month (billed $59.00 annually) or $10 monthly. They are currently offering a FREE 60 day trial, too!
Beauty Pie Makeup Review
Beauty Pie Everyday Great Skin Foundation
Beauty Pie Everyday Great Skin Foundation is a lightweight fluid formulated with high-tech micro-pearls to leave a soft-focus finish.
The finish is described as “luminous matte,” and I would agree. It is very skin-like and wears well all day. This is an oil-free medium coverage foundation, but it is buildable if you want full coverage.
NOTE: This foundation comes with a pump similar to the pump I had to purchase for $10 to use with Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation. But it comes with the Beauty Pie foundation for free!
I like this foundation better than most drugstore foundations that I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot of drugstore foundations. The foundation comes in 25 shades and is 30ml/ 1.01 fl oz.
Superbrow Fine Precision Pencil
Beauty Pie Superbrow Fine Precision Pencil is definitely high precision. It has a fine tip to recreate hair-like color on your brows.
It’s a no-sharpen brow pencil that’s easy to use and applies smoothly. The other end of the pencil is a convenient brow brush.
I’ve really been enjoying this brow pencil in Blonde Girl, (ironically) a soft brown. It creates natural feathery brows, has a nice texture, and the color works well for me. All this for $3.62! Beauty Pie Superbrow Fine Precision Pencil is 0.09g/0.003 oz.

Wondergloss Lip Oil
Wondergloss Lip Oil is a gel oil that imparts a sheer natural color on your lips.
Formulated with natural antioxidant hibiscus and cherry oils, essential fatty acids, and linoleic acid, this lip oil is conditioning as it creates a naturally dewy lip.
I love this neutral color and the sheer non-sticky formula. As you can see from the image above, the color really is sheer. It is the perfect complement to Smart Powder Blush in the shade Ring My Bell.
Wondergloss Lip Oil is 5ml/0.16 fl oz.
Beauty Pie Smart Powder Blush
Unfortunately this Beauty Pie blush has been discontinued! Try Supercheek Matte Vitamin Powder Blush instead.
Beauty Pie Smart Powder Blush is a very light powder blush that is slightly blurring and skin-perfecting. Made in Italy, this powder blush is infused with UV protective red algae and biosaccharides.
I purchased the shade Ring My Bell, a warm pink. What can I say? I love it! It’s the perfect shade for winter: a pretty, rosy pink. It is highly pigmented, and you don’t need much.
A minimal touch with your makeup blush brush will pick up plenty of color. It applies smoothly without a powdery finish.
The blush comes in four shades: Peach Dreams (a warm nectar), Go Rouge (a pink-orange), Bad Girl (a warm terracotta), and the shade above, Ring My Bell (a warm pink). The blush is 3.5 g/ 0.12 oz.
Shimmerbar Highlight Powder
Unfortunately Shimmerbar is no longer available!
Shimmerbar Highlight Powder is made to impart a radiant glow without being too shimmery. Made in Italy, it has a blendable texture and is highly pigmented.
It is also a buildable formula that comes in four different shade options: Sugar Drip, a dewy rosy glow (shown above), Lumineer, a cool dewy, luminous glow, and Bikini, a beach-bronzed dewy sun-kissed glow.
I chose Sugar Drip since I loved the beautiful colors in the palette. The four shades in Sugar Drip are light and deep bronze, rose, and shimmery champagne.
I couldn’t reproduce the color swatches on my skin as well as Beauty Pie does on their website, so you can check out Sugar Drip Shimmerbar color swatch here.
You can swipe your makeup brush across all four colors and apply it to the high points of your face – the cheekbones, temples, and middle of the nose. Or you can zero in on one color. The pink is just gorgeous, and the light champagne shade is beautiful at the top of your cheekbones.
I just make sure not to overdo it since there is shimmer formula. I sound like a broken record, but this highlighter is just gorgeous! Shimmerbar is 8.5 g/ 0.30 oz.
Beauty Pie Makeup Review: Luxe For Less
After trying a few Beauty Pie makeup products, the biggest takeaway for me is that they are very high-quality. They do not feel or wear or look like drugstore makeup products.
I loved everything that I’ve tried.
